Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

This Regulation outlines the terms and conditions for booking and renting accommodations at Lovelia Luxury Chalet. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in the Regulation. The agreement between the Client and the Lessor is concluded at the moment of booking online, via email, or by phone.

II. Reservation

  1. To make a reservation, the Client books a stay for the selected period. A confirmation of the preliminary booking will be sent to the Client's email address. If the full deposit is not confirmed within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  2. The reservation confirmation sent by the Lessor includes:
    • The Client's stay dates
    • The rental fee amount
    • Information on the deposit amount
    • Bank account details
    • General reservation terms
  3. Upon receiving the deposit, the Client will receive an email confirming the payment. According to Article 394 of the Civil Code, the deposit is non-refundable.
  4. If the deposit amount does not cover the full reservation fee, the Client is obligated to pay the remaining balance by the deadline specified in the reservation confirmation.
  5. Bringing a dog or cat is only permitted with prior contact and approval from the Lessor. A fee of PLN 100 per day applies to a pet's stay. This fee must be settled during check-in.

III. Rental Agreement Terms

  1. Renting the house includes all utility fees, disposable items (cleaning supplies, toiletries), and services available to all guests of the property.
  2. Stay:
    • Starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
    • Early access to the house on the day of arrival depends on the property's current occupancy and is reviewed individually by the Lessor. Guaranteeing early check-in requires paying an individually agreed amount for early rental.
    • Extending the stay period is subject to current occupancy and reviewed individually. Guaranteeing late check-out requires paying an individually agreed amount.
    • Lovelia Luxury Chalet provides services consistent with its category and standard. Guests should promptly report any quality concerns to the Lessor.
  3. The Client must immediately inform the Lessor of any events that may cause material damage to the property or compromise the safety of other guests.
  4. The Client may use the property solely for residential purposes and may not sublet it.
  5. By booking, the Client agrees to pay a service fee and tourist tax as specified in the reservation confirmation.
  6. The reservation includes a free parking spot near the building in a designated area. The parking space is unguarded, and the property manager is not liable for any damage or loss of vehicles left there.
  7. Check-ins after midnight and check-outs before 6:00 AM requiring the presence of the manager must be arranged in advance and incur an additional fee of PLN 100.

IV. Client Obligations

  1. The number of occupants is limited to that specified in the reservation confirmation. Any changes must be reported to the Lessor. Non-compliance may result in denial of check-in, with the Client liable for the full reservation amount.
  2. Additional occupants must be approved by the Lessor, who may deny entry if the total number exceeds the property's capacity. The fee for each additional person is PLN 200 per day.
  3. Guests must maintain good neighborly relations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  4. The Client is responsible for damages caused by their party in the property or its surroundings. Damages must be reported immediately, and costs covered by the Client.
  5. Guests are responsible for their belongings. Left items can be returned at the Client's expense.
  6. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
  7. Ski boots are not allowed indoors.
  8. The Client must present a photo ID upon check-in. Refusal may result in denial of entry.
  9. The Lessor reserves the right to inspect the property during the stay.
  10. Guests with dogs must ensure the animals relieve themselves off-property.
  11. Dogs must not be left unattended.
  12. Upon check-out, the property should be left in its initial condition (e.g., clean dishes stored, fridge emptied, trash disposed of).
  13. Deposits for cancellations made 30+ days before arrival can be applied to a future stay within the same calendar year, subject to price adjustments. Cancellations within 30 days or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

V. Hot Tub Usage

  1. The hot tub provides relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
  2. Enter from the designated steps.
  3. Exercise caution when entering or exiting.
  4. A maximum of five people is allowed simultaneously.
  5. Usage is recommended for no longer than 20 minutes.
  6. Extended use may lead to overheating (e.g., dizziness, fainting).

VI. Reservation Changes

Modifications are possible only through individual agreement with the Lessor.

VII. Transfer of Rights

The Client may transfer their reservation rights and obligations to another person, who must notify the Lessor and confirm the transfer via email.

VIII. Force Majeure

Parties are not liable for non-performance due to unforeseeable events beyond their control.

IX. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by Polish law and resolved in the court of the company's registered office.

X. Data Processing

Client data is processed for reservation purposes in compliance with legal requirements. Data rights include access, correction, deletion, and objection. Complaints can be addressed to biuro.jmdrental@gmail.com.
